HAVN.™ is operated from Belgium. The data controller is the HAVN.™ team. Contact: support@gotohavn.com.
Account details (name, email), your check-ins (the words you choose, ratings, notes, resets used), check-in schedules, and — only if you connect them — wearable readings (heart rate, HRV, sleep) and calendar event titles and times for the next 7 days. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Wearable readings and check-ins can count as health data under Article 9 GDPR. We process them only with your explicit consent, given when you connect a device or complete a check-in, and only to run HAVN.™ for you. You can withdraw consent any time by disconnecting or deleting your data.
To learn your normal, notice when pressure builds, suggest resets, and show your progress. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run HAVN.™ (hosting, payments, calendar and wearable connections).
Data is encrypted in transit. Connection tokens for wearables and calendars are additionally encrypted at rest. We are moving our storage to EU data centres before general launch.
As long as your account exists. Calendar events are only kept for the coming 7 days. In Settings you can delete your data and keep your account, or delete your account and all data. Either way, your data and everything worked out from it is removed right away. Our hosting provider keeps encrypted backups for a limited time for disaster recovery; deleted data disappears from them when those backups expire, and is never restored for any other purpose.
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time — export and delete are one tap in Settings. You may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
HAVN.™ is recovery training for your mind, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care.
