HAVN.™ helps you notice pressure, name what's going on, use a short reset and measure the effect. It is recovery training for your mind, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; the first 100 beta members get 30 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, your chosen plan (Regular or Premium, monthly or yearly) renews automatically at the price shown at checkout. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes may be added.
Cancel any time in Settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right; by starting the service during the trial you agree it begins immediately.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other members' data, or reverse-engineer HAVN.™.
HAVN.™ is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Belgian law.
